Returns & Replacements Policy

Because each item is made-to-order, we do not accept standard returns or exchanges. Please double-check sizing and design before ordering.

Replacement Eligibility

We will replace items that:

• Arrive damaged

• Have a misprint or embroidery error

• Are the wrong item

• Contain a manufacturer defect

How to Request a Replacement

Email contact@emptystrollerdadsclub.com within 7 days of receiving your order with:

1. Your order number

2. A short description of the issue

3. Photos clearly showing the problem

Once reviewed, eligible replacements will be sent at no additional cost.

Non-Returnable Items

• Wrong size or buyer’s choice change

• Normal wear and tear
