Q: How long does it take to get my order?
A: Our items are made-to-order. Production takes 3–5 business days, and shipping is 3–7 business days in the U.S.
Q: Can I return or exchange an item?
A: Because everything is custom-made, we do not accept returns for size or preference. Replacements are only available for defects, misprints, or wrong items.
Q: What if I receive a defective item?
A: Email contact@emptystrollerdadsclub.com with your order number, photos, and a description of the issue. Eligible replacements will be sent at no cost.
Q: Do you ship internationally?
A: Yes! International shipping times vary and may be longer. Duties and taxes are the responsibility of the customer.
Q: How do I know what size to order?
A: Check our Size Guide page. If you’re unsure, size up for a relaxed fit.
Q: Can I change my shipping address?
A: Contact us immediately at contact@emptystrollerdadsclub.com. We can’t guarantee changes after production begins.
Q: Why do dads always push empty strollers?
A: Because apparently, the baby prefers hanging out with Mom.... leaving dads with all the snacks, toys, and random stuff instead!
